Rubber Hoses
ADT Flexibles are distributors of IVG industrial rubber hose.
IVG specialise in manufacturing low to medium pressure rubber hose built on rigid mandrels up to 120 mtr in length and up to 800 mm diameter.
The range of IVG Hose available from ADT Flexibles is vast, covering all industrial needs from air to petrochemical.
Special applications such as offshore, steel mill, mining, dock and dredge hoses are available from ADT.
As well as supplying loose hose we also manufacture hose assemblies to your specifications.
A full range of end fittings are available which can be secured by swaging, clamping or built in.
TYPES OF HOSE STRUCTURE
Soft wall hose: Rubber tube, plies of synthetic cord, rubber cover.
Hard wall: Rubber tube, plies of synthetic cord, helix wire of steel or nylon, smooth rubber or corrugated cover. A square corrugated cover is also available.
Steel cord: Rubber tube, plies of steel wire cord, rubber cover.
Alternative end styles are available which include:
