ADT Flexibles (UK) Ltd was formed in 1982 to provide a prompt and reliable service to users of flexible hose and fittings.
Initially the company’s business was the supply of industrial rubber and PVC hose along with associated fittings and couplings.
In 1995 it was decided that ADT would begin to manufacture Stainless Steel braided hose assemblies.
We have been manufacturing these products very successfully since then and will continue to increase our output at a controlled rate.
In 2003 ADT Flexibles was assessed and achieved ISO9001-2000 and recently achieved ISO 9001-2008.
In 2005 it was decided the company needed larger modern premises with up to date machinery and equipment. This would enable orders to be processed, manufactured and despatched quicker. Knowing how the industry works, we are aware that a quick turnaround can be just as important as a competitive price. This is why the majority of orders placed with ADT are despatched same day or next day using our reliable overnight carrier service covering the whole of the UK.
Also in 2005 we took advantage of our larger premises by introducing Composite Hose Assemblies to our already extensive product range. Our commitment to a fast reliable service to our customers has enabled us to become one of the very few composite hose manufacturers who can supply on a next day, same day service.
In 2008 ADT Flexibles opened our service centre in Grimsby. We can now service customers in North Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire more effectively.
